ATHLYRO is built for healthy, active adults aged 18 and over. You need an account to save targets, plans, grocery lists and tracking. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.

ATHLYRO turns the targets and constraints you enter — calories, protein, weekly budget, meals per day, cook time, equipment, allergens and exclusions — into a suggested seven-day whole-food plan and a consolidated grocery list. Outputs are planning suggestions based on the information you provide and the reference nutrition data in the product.

ATHLYRO provides general nutrition information for planning purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it is not medical nutrition therapy. It is not intended for therapeutic diets, pregnancy, eating-disorder treatment or disease-specific medical nutrition. Speak to a qualified healthcare professional about your individual circumstances, and do not delay or disregard professional advice because of anything in the product.

Allergens, food exclusions and equipment limits are enforced as hard constraints by the planner — the service will report a week as infeasible rather than quietly relax them. They still depend entirely on the information you enter, and on the ingredient data available in the product. Always check labels, packaging and prepared foods yourself before eating. If you have a serious allergy, treat the plan as a starting point, not as a safety guarantee.

Food costs shown in the product are estimates and may vary by retailer and location. ATHLYRO does not connect to live retailer pricing, stock or availability, and does not guarantee that any item is available or that you will pay the estimated amount.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the targets and constraints you enter, for judging whether a plan is appropriate for you, and for safe food purchasing, storage and preparation.

ATHLYRO Free includes a limited number of plan generations and Smart Swaps per rolling seven days. ATHLYRO Pro removes those limits and unlocks the Pro features listed on the homepage, and starts with a 7-day trial that does not require a card. After the trial, Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout.

You can cancel at any time from the billing section in your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to Free. Downgrading never deletes your plans, grocery lists or history. Refunds are handled case by case and are subject to the applicable policy and to your rights under applicable law.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, no circumventing plan limits or entitlement checks, no unauthorised access to other users' data, no unlawful use, and no reselling or redistributing the product's content as your own.

ATHLYRO is an evolving product. Features, limits and reference data can change, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. The service is provided on an as-is basis, without any promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You can stop using ATHLYRO at any time and reset your app data from your profile. We may suspend or end access to an account that breaches these terms or that we are required to suspend. Any active paid period is handled in line with the subscription terms above.
